Our Approach to Physical Therapy

Orthopedic therapy consists of workout routinesstretching tools, and equipment to build strength and movement. The two main workouts are closed-chain or proprioceptive.

Patients come in and use our workout equipment, which includes stationary bicycles, weightlifting machines, stretching equipment, and treadmills. Each of these tools assist in rebuilding a normal, functioning body. Patients are taught how to manage their own workout routines in addition to working with a therapist.
